Modular Puddle Flange Tile Insert Strip Drain Kit
The 3Monkeez Modular Puddle Flange Tile Insert Strip Drain is a stainless steel channel grate kit for tiled shower and bathroom floors that need a compatible puddle-flange or leak-control-flange setup.
The tile insert design lets floor tile sit inside the grate, helping the drain blend into the finished shower floor. Choose the configuration that matches your required length, grate width, channel profile and outlet size.
Cut-to-Length Modular Kit for Puddle-Flange Installations
This modular strip drain is supplied as a kit, giving more flexibility than a fixed one-piece grate. The channel can be cut down to suit shorter shower-floor lengths, which helps when the finished layout does not match a standard grate size exactly.
The kit includes the stainless steel channel, tile insert grate, end caps, outlet piece, sealant and hole saw. It is made from 316 grade stainless steel and is WaterMark approved.
Choosing the Right Configuration

The puddle-flange version is for installations where the outlet connects through a compatible puddle flange or leak-control flange setup. The 38mm outlet options are generally used for 50mm pipe installations with a puddle flange.
Before ordering, confirm the outlet size, channel depth, waterproofing setup and finished floor height with your plumber or waterproofer.
Flat Bottom and V-Bottom Profiles
This product family includes both flat-bottom and V-bottom channel profiles.
Flat-bottom options are shallower, with the listed products showing a 21.2mm channel depth. V-bottom options are deeper, with the listed products showing a 31.2mm channel depth.
Depth can affect the finished floor height, so it should be checked before installation, especially when matching the grate to the floor fall, tile thickness and waterproofing detail.
Need the Standard Non-Flange Version?
This product is for compatible puddle-flange installations. If your shower floor does not use a puddle flange, use the standard 3Monkeez Modular Tile Insert Strip Drain (click here) instead. The standard version is for non-puddle-flange waste-pipe installations and should be selected when the outlet connects directly to the matching waste-pipe setup.
