Check your items
- Please inspect items as soon as possible after delivery or pickup.
- For pickup orders, check items before loading and leaving. Once goods are loaded and you leave, you’re responsible for handling/transport.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (ACL)
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us and include your order number and photos where possible. We may request the item be returned or assessed, or arrange another reasonable way to inspect it (especially for installed items).
If a fault is confirmed, we’ll provide a remedy under the ACL (repair, replacement, or refund as applicable).
Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns are not required under the ACL. If we accept a change-of-mind return, these conditions apply:
- Request within [14] days of delivery/pickup.
- Item is unused, uninstalled, complete, and in re-saleable condition (including packaging where practical).
- 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Original shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is at your cost (unless we agree otherwise).
Items we may not accept for change-of-mind
We may decline change-of-mind returns for items that are:
- custom/made-to-order
- clearance/discounted for clearance reasons
- opened/used/installed, or not re-saleable
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
