Puddle-Flange Linear Tile Insert Shower Grate
The tile insert channel is designed for bathrooms where the drain should integrate neatly into the tiled floor rather than standing out as a separate metal strip. This version uses a 38mm outlet for compatible puddle-flange installations, so the grate length, outlet position, waste-pipe setup, tile thickness and finished floor height should be confirmed before ordering.
38mm Outlet and Puddle Flange Guide
This version uses a 38mm outlet. Radiant lists this outlet setup for 40mm or 50mm waste pipe installations using a puddle flange. The puddle flange itself is not included with the grate.
A puddle flange, also called a leak control flange, is part of the waterproofing setup around the waste pipe. It gives the waterproofing membrane a surface to seal around the pipe penetration, helping manage water that reaches the waterproofing layer.
