The Hygienic Seal® Linear Straight Grab Rail is made from 304 stainless steel with a Polished Supreme™ finish and is available in 200, 300, 450, 600, 700 and 900mm centre-to-centre sizes. Its 32mm-diameter Linear design includes 50mm brass screw-on flange covers with fitted TPE seals containing Biomaster antimicrobial additive, plus stainless steel fixing screws.

TPE seals fitted to the screw-on flange covers incorporate Biomaster antimicrobial additive, while the rail interior is cleaned during manufacture to remove oil and fabrication residue.

  • Manufactured by Con-Serv for use as a straight support rail in residential, commercial, healthcare, aged-care and assisted-living bathroom environments.
  • The selectable sizes are measured centre-to-centre between the rail mounting points, rather than by the product’s full overall length.
  • The 200mm variation measures approximately 310mm overall. Contact us to confirm the overall dimensions of another size if installation space is limited.
  • Confirm the available wall space, mounting position and required rail configuration before choosing a size.
  • Stainless steel fixing screws are supplied, but the installer should confirm that the fixing method and any screws or anchors used are suitable for the wall construction and required support load.
  • Compliance with AS 1428.1 has not been confirmed in the supplied manufacturer information. Structural testing, anti-slip performance and other accessibility-compliance claims should not be assumed.
  • Where the rail is being considered for an accessible or ambulant installation, confirm the required rail configuration, positioning, clearances and structural performance with an appropriately qualified installer.
  • A single straight grab rail may not provide the complete rail arrangement needed for an ambulant toilet cubicle. Confirm whether L-shaped or suitably configured rails are required on both sides of the toilet pan.
